Fine Leg Flyer roared home for his first win in the opening A9,
winning by just under 10 lengths.
Drifting Light was a distant second and the rest are still
running.
Marcus Brutus made all in another modest H1. He made a few
sketchy jumps, but won with plenty in hand from
Castleivy Sand.
The A7 featured a slow motion bunch finish.
Kensington Mal came from off the pace and won by a length in a
pedestrian 29.89.
Regular readers will know I'm not a fan of these appalling excuses
for races, S4s.
Sligos Win had the race won, but had a swell up and was picked
up by the staying on
Oy Vay Maria.
The market got it wrong in the A6
as the favvy was the unraced
Courts Ad Andy, who missed the break and ran very green and was
smashed up at the second. There will be other days for him. His
kennel mate
Beat Them George led from the second bend and went on o score.
Daphs Girl kept on and finished second.
A
double upgrade could not stop the progressive
All Shaped Up following up on his previous win in the A6. He
showed his dazzling early pace once again and was clear of the filed
when they had a pile up behind.
Mary Tina escaped the trouble and kept on and finished 5L
second.
Secret Dreams was sent off 4/5 favourite in the A5, despite
showing a high head carriage in his previous outings. He took a
while to get into stride and only won in a bunch finish after having
a dwell up. He's out of the Dam that threw Lady Aisling and Lady
Minstrel, but is one to avoid, with his wayward tendencies.
Keva Blue lost out in the photo, but showed little promise.
Joshs Jet stepped up on his previous form and was a decent
winner of the A4. After an average break, he paced up well to the
bend and made all.
Allglaze Roman kept on and finished second.
Lady Asher was a disappointing third.
Bell Imperial set the early pace in the S1, but failed to see
out the trip and faded from between the last two bends.
Geordie Shay took over and went on to score in a fair 39.99. I
did not like the way he strode out, he has a dodgy action.
Silbury Squirrel stayed on for second.
Arry Olt led up in the A3, and looked set to score. However,
Allglaze Cruise come and go him, leading at the third bend,
winning by half a length. This was her 3rd win from 6 W'stow starts.
She was previously 1/10 A6 Harlow, so has a real trainer now!
Genesis Dream was a very impressive winner of the A2. This was
her 3rd win on the spin at the Stow, though she'll face tougher
challenges now. I'd expect she would go back up in trip now.
Two Halves trapped ok, but lacked pace to the bend. She plugged
on for second.
Armies Plan made all in the A2. He's been beaten in his last 12
races, so it was 13th time lucky.
Snazzy Rover held every chance and finished 3/4 length second.
He's not the most reliable and some of Seamus's dogs have been a
little below par recently.
Ashville Kylie made all in the usual piss poor standard S3
finale.
Toosey Tina ran a bit better in second and must be geting back
to her best after a short seasonal rest.
