Daves
Flyer broke well in the second A9, but didn't have his mind on
the job. He eased at the second bend and led until half way. He he
challenged at the 4th bend and dwelt up. Toumpane
Katie led for a bit on the back straight, until Daves
Flyer took her out at the last bend. Glen
Conawy was left in front at the 4th bend and went on to score.
Only three went to post in the H2. Ballymacs
Back was sent off 4/7 favvy and broke fairly well and made all. Jockers
turned close enough behind, but tightened up from the 3rd bend. By
the time Leemount
Nik landed after his jump at the first hurdle, the race was
over. (well nearly)
Roswell
Zodiac was well supported in the A8, and after an average break,
drove the bend and made all. Raise
Your Game plugged on for second as the leader tired a little on
the run in.
Try
She Will made all in the A7. Deans
Lu turned with every chance and kept on for second. Sandyhill
Vieri challenged for a few bends, before heading for a taxi at
the 4th bend.
Matts
Idea found a couple of legs and improved out of all recognition
to lead the field a merry dance in the second A7. Was this a ringer?
He ran out a nine length winner. The rest do not merit a mention.
Be
Wise Lady made all in the S1. Coolanga
Flyer was slowly away and swung round with a chance. He put in
another stinker and is not one to rely on. Shelbourne
Thesa was very slow away and was nearest at the finish. Shock
horror, Smoking
Jet did NOT have a fight this week. I'm sure he will not let
fight fans down next week.
Rubette
made all in the A6. Sofem
swung round after a slow start with every chance and was bitterly disappointing.
Bucks
Euro was sent off an 11/8 favvy, but was not fluent round the
last two turns and faded on the run in.
Mystical
Snow was another to make all in the second A6. Offshore
Mill was averagely away, drifted off at the second bend and
plodded on for second. Son
Of Iris stayed on for third.
Shrewd
Move flew out in the A5 and had time to move off at half way,
and also to run wide at the last bend, before making all. This was
his 4th win from 14 races, as he continued his strides up the
grades. Armies
Mentor stayed on for second. The favvy Femine
Fatale was very slowly and ran poorly.
Irate
Kate made the most of a plum draw on the rails in the S2 finale.
As a few went to the bend in a line, True
Frankie appeared to check at the first bend and put paid to the
chances of the favvy, Romford
Carthree, in the process. Canary
Fantasy challenged Irate
Kate to the 5th bend, before tiring and running wide off the
last. Ebony
Ocean came away a little better than of late and stayed on for
second.
